Delivery Information

At Gifterman, we know how much you look forward to receiving your custom artwork, whether it’s a portrait or a caricature. That’s why we’re committed to a prompt and seamless delivery process.

Processing Time: Our talented artists get to work on your personalised art piece as soon as we receive your order and the required photo. Generally, it takes 5-8 business days for your artwork to be ready for your review. Please be aware that during high-demand seasons or holidays, this timeframe may extend slightly.

Standard Drawing Time: 5-8 days
Express Drawing Time: 3-5 days

Delivery of Digitial Portraits: Your finalised high-resolution JPG or PNG artwork will be sent directly to your email.

Delivery Method: If you’ve ordered a physical product like a canvas or framed photo, Upon receiving your approval, Gifterman will proceed to print the caricature or portrait. Printing and shipping will commence without requiring further confirmation. Once your portrait is ready, it will be securely packaged to protect against any damage during transit. We work with reliable courier services to ensure the safe delivery of your pet portrait to the provided delivery address

Delivery Time: The delivery time depends on your location. For domestic orders, you can expect delivery within 5-7 business days once shipped. For international orders, delivery can take 10-15 business days, depending on customs clearance times.

Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated during checkout, based on package weight and destination. Please note that any additional charges like local duties, taxes, and customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

Tracking Your Order: Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your package’s tracking number, allowing you to monitor its journey to your doorstep.
